International shipping rates are not inclusive of duties and taxes. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed by JEMMA. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
JEMMA stands by all of our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA (excluding AK, HI, PR), we offer free returns or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Sale items (excluding sets) and international orders cannot be returned for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns received past 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted as well. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected] immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
To return an item: 1) Email [email protected] and specify the reason for return. 2) We will revert with a return label. Re-seal the original packaging with the bag tag in place. Print and affix the return label on the exterior of the box over the original shipping label. Please make sure the box is sealed properly so it does not come apart during shipping. Provide the package to the shipping carrier for return shipping. Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
