When the item is not in stock, pre-orders received are expected to be delivered within 1 month from the pre-order date subject to unforeseen delays in shipment.
International shipping rates are not inclusive of duties and taxes. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed by JEMMA. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
JEMMA stands by all of our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA (excluding AK, HI, PR), we offer free returns or exchange within 30 days of delivery date. Product must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns received after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted as well. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We do not offer returns for international orders. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
To return an item: 1) Email email@example.com and specify the reason for return. 2) We will revert with a return label. Re-seal the original packaging with the bag tag in place. Print and affix the return label on the exterior of the box over the original shipping label. Please make sure the box is sealed properly so it does not come apart during shipping. Provide the package to the shipping carrier for return shipping. Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
